Home Portfolio Building a digital home for Parte
Back

Parte is a property management company with a clear ambition: make managing property for owners, co-owners, investors, and building partners less of a headache. They operate in Belgium and Germany, offering financial management, technical management, legal advice, insurance, and a digital platform that ties it all together.

They’re a young company, roughly four years in, but the breadth of what they do is anything but small. Two countries, multiple languages, a wide range of services, and a client base that includes everyone from individual co-owners to large building partners.

When Parte came to us, the challenge was structural. They had two separate websites: one for Belgium, one for Germany; Different languages, different service contexts, and a growing business that needed a platform to scale with it.

We built them a unified website landscape on WordPress, designed to support both markets from a single codebase. The Belgian site launched first, with the German market to follow.

What we built

Multi-language architecture

The Belgian site runs in three languages: Dutch, French, and English. All of this is handled through WPML, giving Parte full editorial control over each language version without duplicating infrastructure.

A homepage that earns its keep

The homepage does what a good homepage should: it tells you quickly what Parte does, who it’s for, and how to take the next step. We built it with a hero banner, a clear elevator pitch, a structured services overview, dynamic blog blocks, and an integrated contact and quote request form. All in one flow.

There are no unnecessary layers between a visitor and the information they came for.

Service pages with real depth

Parte’s offer spans five distinct service lines: financial management, technical management, legal advice, insurance, and their digital platform. Each one has a dedicated page, structured to explain what the service actually means for the client, not just to list what Parte does.

Locations and network

Property management is local by nature. We built an interactive map with search functionality, individual office and branch pages, contact details, team information, and a local events overview. Whether you’re looking for the right person in Ghent or a partner in Bruxelles, the site helps you get there.

Blog, knowledge base, and events

Parte advises clients on legislation, maintenance, and financial decisions, basically in all areas where good information has real value. We built a blog and knowledge base covering articles, practical tips, legislation updates, and FAQs, alongside an events system with listing pages, detail pages, and registration forms.

This isn’t content for content’s sake. It’s a resource for people who have real questions about their property.

Lead capture, done properly

Every contact point on the site (the general contact page and the quote request forms) is built with Recaptcha protection and integrated with Zoho Campaigns. Visitors who reach out land in the right workflow, not a dead inbox.

SEO and tracking foundations

We configured Yoast SEO, cookie management via CookieScript, and a full performance tracking setup. The foundations are in place for Parte to build on as the site grows.

A platform ready to grow with them

Parte is four years old and moving fast. The website we built isn’t a finished product, it’s an infrastructure that can support new markets, new services, and more content over time. Belgium is live. Germany is next. Stay tuned.
